2. Post-request process

Once the request is received, KARA CLINICAL will go through the following steps:

• Verify your identity: Verify the identity of the requester
• Archive analysis: Review whether certain data must be temporarily stored due to legal, tax, or warranty obligations (relating to purchases and transactions).
• Execute: We will proceed with permanent deletion in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Note: Some payment records, online store transaction records, or security logs may be kept for the minimum period required by law for tax audits or fraud prevention.

3. Deletion range

If the request is approved, Krara Clinical will take the following actions:

• Data purification: We delete or anonymise your personal data from marketing systems and active databases.
• Processing interrupted: We completely restrict future use of your information to create user profiles or make purchase recommendations.
